Cinnamon leaf has been used for culinary and medicinal purposes.  It boosts the activity of the brain and makes it a great tonic. It helps to remove nervous tension and memory loss. It is now being used all over the world for the treatment of a variety of health problems including respiratory problems, skin infections, blood impurity, menstrual problems, and various heart disorders.

This also makes it a great treatment for pimples. The cinnamon will stop the acne-causing bacteria. Whip into a thick paste of 2 tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Leave on for about ten minutes (or until it starts to burn), then wash off and pat face dry.
